Private Custom Tours & Trips
Whether you want to experience the world of wine, beer and spirits, the stunning Oregon Coast, or a hike to breathtaking waterfalls, The Valley Outfitters will customize a tour based on whatever your heart desires. We know this area like the back of our hands and promise to create a day or days full of adventure centered around you. Beginning with one on one conversations with each guest, ending with an entirely personalized itinerary, we are committed to a fully guest led experience.
Pet Friendly
With so many dog friendly wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and knowing how excited our furry friends get on long walks in the park (or the ocean, or a mountain), we see no reason why they shouldn’t be invited. We are dog friendly and offer fully dog friendly trip planning. If your dog friend has to stay at home, but you’re missing your companion, please ask if one of our pups is available to tag along!
Regional Expertise
Our geographic area is the Northern Oregon Cascades, the Willamette Valley, and the Northern coast. With years of going on our own personal adventures, we have a plethora of experience and recommendations. This area is full of hidden gems and we are excited to share them with you. Unfortunately, we do not plan trips in the Portland Metro. Please inquire about trips outside this geographic area.
Group Travel
We specialize in groups of 2-6 individuals. However, larger groups may inquire. We do not provide airport transportation but are happy to make referrals or contract out airport shuttle services as needed.

Caleb Polivka, owner of The Valley Outfitters, grew up with a love for adventure, good food, and great company, shaped by his Midwestern upbringing and family of culinary experts.
Now residing in Oregon with his wife and son, he continues to seek and share unique experiences, embracing the spirit of exploration in the Pacific Northwest.
